Who will operate the machines?

All of our machines will be operated by one of our experienced servers.

Does rental time include set up time?

We arrive early to set up, ensuring that you have the full rental time to enjoy your party or event. If you're planning a surprise party, please indicate it in the comment section on the invoice so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Can you set up outside?

During the warmer seasons, we're able to set up outdoors, provided that the weather isn't rainy or windy.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Certainly. We carry £2 million in public liability insurance, which can be provided upon request.

Do you have food hygiene certificates? 

Absolutely. All our servers hold a Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene

 

What do I need to supply? 

We bring all necessary supplies for your booking, requiring only a table from your end. Occasionally, we may need access to water and always need access to power, so please ensure proximity to a power socket. We carry a 5-meter extension lead for convenience. Additionally, we require a parking space as close to the venue as possible
