Do you have public liability insurance? 

Certainly. We carry £5 million in public liability insurance, which can be provided upon request.

Does rental time including set up time ? 

We arrive early to set up, ensuring that you have the full rental time to enjoy your party or event. 

What do I need to supply? 

We bring all necessary supplies for your booking.

Occasionally, we may need access to water and always need access to power, so please ensure proximity to a power socket. We carry a 5-meter extension lead for convenience. Additionally, we require a parking space as close to the venue as possible. 

How many portions are included in each package?

Our portion-controlled packages include a set number of servings shared between popcorn and candy floss, so everyone gets a turn. Single machine packages include up to 50 portions, and both machines up to 100 portions total.

What about unlimited servings?

Unlimited service is available for private parties, weddings, and special celebrations — guests can enjoy as much as they like during the hire time. For schools and public events, we use portion-controlled service to keep things fair and organised.

Can I add extra portions if I need more?

Absolutely! Extra portions are available for an additional cost — just let us know when booking.

Are the machines staffed?

Yes! Every package includes friendly, professional staff to serve treats, handle setup and pack down, and make sure your event runs smoothly.
